Order Processing Times

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next working day.

• During seasonal or promotional periods, processing times may extend by 1–2 days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or external factors.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

We currently ship to one address per order.
For shipments to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive:

• Contact us within 48 hours at support@puraoud.com

• Include your order number and clear photos (if applicable)

We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping details are accurate.

• If the order has not shipped, we can update the address.

• If it has already shipped, we cannot guarantee retrieval.
  Reshipment fees may apply.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international locations.
Delivery times and costs vary by destination.
Any customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
